Meike Zhenchuang Achieves Technological Breakthrough in Sulfide Electrolyte All-Solid-State Batteries with Capabilities for Preparing Samples of Various Capacities

Recently, Meike Zhenchuang has made significant progress in the R&D of all-solid-state battery technology and successfully fabricated all-solid-state battery samples based on sulfide electrolyte systems. This marks new breakthroughs achieved by the company in the application of key solid-state battery materials, cell structure design and sample preparation processes.
The exhibited sulfide electrolyte all-solid-state battery samples come in a full range of capacity specifications. The four batteries shown in the picture from top to bottom are 60Ah, 20Ah, 2Ah and 10mAh respectively, meeting diverse demands across different stages including laboratory verification, small-scale trial development and research on large-capacity cell applications. The successful fabrication of multi-specification samples demonstrates Meike Zhenchuang’s comprehensive technical strengths in solid-state battery process route development, material matching, electrode sheet preparation, cell packaging and performance validation.
Featuring high ionic conductivity, promising low-temperature performance and favorable prospects for high safety, sulfide electrolyte all-solid-state batteries are recognized as a vital technical route for next-generation high-performance batteries.
