The battery process provided by Meike Zhenchuang covers key links such as electrode preparation, cell assembly, post inspection, and battery pack assembly. The preliminary process first completes the preparation of positive and negative electrode sheets through steps such as stirring, coating, rolling, and cutting. Then, according to different cell structures, it enters the processes of sheet making, die-cutting, winding, or laminating. The middle assembly process includes battery cell assembly, drying, and liquid injection, laying the foundation for stable battery cell performance. The latter stage completes cell activation and performance screening through processes such as formation, charging, and testing, and finally enters PACK assembly to form battery pack products that can be applied to different scenarios. The overall process covers the complete production chain from material processing to finished battery pack manufacturing, and has the characteristics of systematization, continuity, and scalability.
