Bonding success rate: 95 - 99.8%, roller pressing accuracy: ±0.002mm, configurable pressure closed-loop and roller gap closed-loop modes.
Unwind adopts speed closed-loop and tension closed-loop control mode, with crease removal function, solving problems such as arc edges and wrinkles of the electrode sheet.
Roller surface is treated with chrome plating or tungsten carbide, increasing the service life of the roller, with accuracy controlled within ±0.001mm (roundness, straightness, etc.).
