Equipment Function Description
The temperature-isobaric equipment is the core manufacturing equipment for enhancing the performance of solid-state batteries. By applying isotropic high pressure to optimize the material structure and interface, it achieves three-dimensional uniform density of the material.
1) Integrated Omnidirectional Pressure
Uniform densification: Applying isotropic pressure in the liquid medium to eliminate internal pores of the material.
Three-dimensional stress field: The pressure uniformity can reach ±1-2%, avoiding edge effects caused by traditional pressing.
2) Fusion of Multi-Layer Structures
Atomic-level bonding at the interface: Simultaneously pressing the positive electrode/electrolyte/negative electrode multi-layer structure.
3) Fusion of Multi-Layer Structures
Defect Repair: Closing micro-cracks, improving the fracture toughness of the electrolyte.Static pressure machine equipment parameters
Project parameters Standard requirements Working cylinder working pressure The maximum pressure is ≥ 720 MPa, the normal working pressure is 0 - 600 MPa, and it can be set arbitrarily according to the working conditions. Pressure fluctuation control accuracy ≤±1-2%. Effective specification dimensions of the working cylinder ID200 X L600mm (Effective inner diameter of the container: 200mm, Effective height (length): 600mm) Working temperature inside the working cylinder ≤150°C: It can monitor and measure the temperature inside the container in real time. You can freely adjust the settings. The control accuracy is ±5°C. Heating-up time The time for the first temperature increase to 90℃ is no more than 3 hours. Working cylinder medium Below 90°C, use water-based medium. Boosting time and boosting process control Quickly increase the pressure to 600 MPa within less than 3 minutes. The process of increasing pressure in stages is controllable and can be set arbitrarily. Pressure holding time 0 - 30 minutes adjustable or set according to customer requirements. During the holding pressure period, it has an automatic pressure replenishment function. The pressure fluctuation range within 30 minutes is ≤ 2 - 3%.
