Equipment Function Introduction
This equipment is mainly used for solid-state battery electrode sheets. In the thinner layers (i.e., the positive electrode layer) on the positive and negative electrode sides, frame-type components are constructed with insulating materials. A dual Y-axis back-to-back working structure design is adopted, with point dispensing at the front end and UV curing at the rear end. Visual photography guides the dispensing process, and laser height measurement is used. An air suction manipulator is configured to perform loading and unloading operations of the products.Equipment Parameters
