  • I. Core Value and Process Flow 
    Core Value: The traditional production line has separate processes for rolling and cutting, requiring two times of winding and transporting; the integrated machine eliminates the intermediate winding and reducing one time of material feeding and positioning, increasing the yield by 0.5%-1%, improving the efficiency by 30%+, saving 40% of space, and reducing 30% of manpower. 
    Process Flow: 
    Unwinding → Dust removal and iron removal → Material feeding traction / creasing → Precise rolling (hydraulic / servo opposed rollers) → Laser thickness measurement → Buffer correction → High-speed cutting (roller knife / laser) → Tension closed loop → Dual-axis winding → Automatic rewinding / labeling. 
    II. Working Principle 
    Rolling Principle: Servo / hydraulic drives the upper and lower rollers (hardness HRC66+), applying a pressure of 50-200T to compress the coated sheet to the target thickness (precision ±1-1.5μm), enhancing the density and conductivity of the sheet; equipped with bent rollers + constant pressure / constant gap closed loop, eliminating edge looseness and middle tightness, ensuring uniform thickness of the entire sheet. 
    Cutting Principle: After rolling, the sheet passes through buffering and correction (precision ±0.1mm), then enters the high-precision roller knife (hard alloy / diamond coating, edge jump ≤10μm) for longitudinal cutting; high-end models can also choose laser cutting, without molds, and with quick changeover. 
    III. Core Structure 
    Unwinding Unit: Hydraulic tensioner + magnetic powder / servo tension (10-500N) + EPC/CCD correction, unwinding diameter Φ400-1500mm, automatic centering to prevent deviation. 
    Rolling Main Unit: 
    Rollers: Width 850-1800mm, round runout ≤1μm, straightness ≤2μm. 
    Drive: Servo cylinder / hydraulic system, pressure closed loop ±0.5T, gap closed loop ±1μm. 
    Cleaning: Online roller wiping (non-woven fabric / laser) + scraper, anti-fouling powder, ensuring clean roller surface. 
    Optional: Hot rolling / cooling, bent rollers, elongation rate detection. 
    Online thickness measurement: Laser / capacitance thickness gauge, precision ±0.5μm, real-time closed-loop adjustment of rolling gap. 
    Buffer and Correction: Floating roller buffer + CCD/EPC correction, absorbing speed fluctuations to ensure cutting accuracy. 
    Cutting Unit: 
    Roller Knife: Two-stage knife holder, knife gap adjustable ±1μm, cutting width accuracy ±0.03-±0.3mm, burrs ≤5-15μm. 
    Laser: 100-500W fiber / ultraviolet laser, spot ≤50μm, changeover 10-30min, suitable for narrow leads / irregular shapes. 
    Tension and Dust Removal: Full closed-loop tension (fluctuation ≤±2%) + conical winding; brush + air knife + negative pressure + ultrasonic dust removal, dust ≤0.3μm. 
    Winding Unit: Dual slip differential shaft / center winding, winding diameter Φ400-500mm, alignment ±0.5mm; automatic rewinding, tape joining, labeling. 
    Control System: PLC + touch screen, parameter storage, one-click changeover, fault warning; supports MES connection, data traceability.
