Equipment Overview
The MKGH-55 dry mixing and fiberization integrated machine is a multi-functional device that combines dry mixing (dry method mixing) and fiberization processing functions. Through high-speed stirring or mechanical mixing, it uniformly mixes powdered and granular electrode raw materials. It disperses and loosens fibers to ensure uniform distribution and enhance material strength. The integrated design reduces intermediate steps and improves production efficiency. The precise control system ensures the uniformity of mixing and fiberization. Batch production capacity: 10 - 100L.
Materials
Mixing disc body: 304 stainless steel, internally sprayed tungsten carbide
High-energy rotor: 304 stainless steel rotor, sprayed tungsten carbide
Disc cover: 304 internal stainless steel, sprayed tungsten carbideSpeed
Rotor: 100 - 3000 rpm (counterclockwise direction) (variable frequency adjustable within the range)
Mixing disc: 5 - 50 rpm (clockwise direction) (variable frequency adjustable within the range)
The motor can ensure stable operation for a long time at both low and high speeds
Speed monitoring: In the PLC control system, used to monitor the speed of the high-energy rotor.Mixing temperature
According to customer requirements, cooling and heating functions can be realized. Temperature range (thermostatic machine -15 - 150°, circulating oil heating, more stable temperature control)
Temperature measurement scheme
1) Temperature test of the high-temperature line direction (inside the side-mounted scraper sleeve)
2) Temperature test point (at the contact surface between the side scraper and the material)
