Double-planet power mixer

I. Working Principle
The core mechanism is the planetary gear transmission. The low-speed stirring paddle and the high-speed dispersion shaft both revolve around the center of the reactor and also rotate on their own axes, forming a complex spiral trajectory to achieve full coverage and no死角 mixing of the materials.
Low-speed stirring components: mostly in the form of twisted frames / pentagonal blades， revolving + low-speed rotation (0-60 rpm)， pushing the materials to flip up and down， radial convection， and axial compression， ensuring macroscopic uniformity.
High-speed dispersion components： equipped with gear-shaped dispersion discs， revolving + high-speed rotation (0-1500 rpm)， with a linear speed of over 23m/s， strong shear impact breaking particle agglomeration， and improving micro-dispersity.
Scraping wall mechanism： the movable scraper rotates synchronously with the planetary frame， continuously cleaning the reactor walls / bottom of the material， eliminating死角.
Vacuum + Temperature Control： the vacuum degree can reach 20mbar， degassing and preventing oxidation； the jacket temperature control accuracy is ±1℃， suitable for heating / cooling / insulation processes.
II. Core Structure
Frame and lifting system： carbon steel / stainless steel frame， hydraulic / electric lifting， convenient for loading and cleaning.
Transmission system： planetary gears + hard tooth surface reducer， dual frequency speed regulation， low noise， high torque.
Stirring / dispersion components： double planetary stirring paddles (screw frame / butterfly type) + 1-2 high-speed dispersion shafts， the material can be selected from 304/316L stainless steel， duplex steel.
Stirring barrel： vertical cylinder， inner wall precision processing and polishing， standard jacket (for heating / cooling with conductive oil / water).
Control system： PLC + touch screen， capable of setting speed， temperature， vacuum degree， time， supporting explosion-proof customization (ATEX standard).
III. Performance Characteristics
High viscosity compatibility： handling viscosity range is wide， up to 10，000Pa・s， suitable for paste-like， paste-like， high-solid-content materials.
High mixing efficiency： coupled revolving and self-rotation， 3 revolutions complete most of the mixing， 36 revolutions achieve full uniformity， efficiency is several to several tens times that of ordinary stirrers.
No死角 design： low gap (blade - wall 3-4mm， blade - bottom 2-3mm) + scraping wall device， no residual material.
